Navrhovaná řešení vychází z charakteru okolní zástavby, pro kterou jsou charakteristické sedlové a pultové střechy na jedno a dvoupodlažních obytných domech. Zástavba je organického uspořádání dle meandrujícího potoka Botič.
Záměrem investora je ubytování dvou rodin s přidaným využitím kanceláří, které budou využívat rodiny, resp. rodiče zde bydlící. Východiskem návrhu jsou dva samostatné objekty rodinných domů, které se měřítkem při rozdělení lépe přizpůsobí okolnímu charakteru. Objekty rodinných domů využívají otevření směrem k jihu, směrem k potoku Botič. Rodinný dům v severo-západní části respektuje umístění stávajícího objektu. Je zastřešen pultovou střechou navazující na pult souseda. Rodinný dům ve východní části je orientován k jihu jeho delší fasádou. Je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Domy díky orientaci a vhodnému stínění využívají pasivního zisku tepla v zimních měsících, a naopak stínění vysokého letního sluníčka, a tak zamezení přehřívání interiéru v letních měsících.

The proposed solutions are based on the character of the surrounding buildings, which are characterized by gable and counter roofs on one and two-storey residential houses. The development is of an organic arrangement according to the meandering stream Botič.
The investor’s intention is to accommodate two families with the added use of offices that will be used by families, resp. parents living here. The starting point of the design are two separate buildings of family houses, which better adapt to the surrounding character when divided. The family houses use the opening to the south, towards the Botič stream. The family house in the north-western part respects the location of the existing building. It is covered by a counter roof adjacent to the neighbor’s counter. The family house in the eastern part is oriented to the south by its longer facade. It is covered by a gable roof. Thanks to their orientation and suitable shading, the houses use the passive heat gain in the winter months, and vice versa, the shading of the high summer sun, thus preventing the interior from overheating in the summer months.
