Navrhovaný dům je jednoduchého obdélníkového tvaru se sedlovou střechou. Hřeben je orientován podélně, ve směru východ-západ. Dům je ponechán ve své jednoduchosti. Okna jsou klasických proporcí, pouze okna na jižní fasádě jsou navržena jako francouzská – bez parapetu. Východní štít je plný, západní štít je navržený s kruhovým oknem a vnějším přiznaným komínem zavěšeným na fasádě. Střecha je klasická s přesahy v místě okapů, štíty jsou bez přesahů. Materiálově je dům řešen s fasádami v jednoduché béžové omítce s místně doplněným pískovým cihelným obkladem. Střecha je betonová tašková s dřevěným podbitím. Okna plastová. Nad jižní terasou a také nad vstupem do domu je navržena stříška dřevěné konstrukce s plechovou krytinou.
Půdorys rodinného domu je navržen v základním obdélníkovém tvaru o rozměrech 17,50×8,60m. Rodinný dům je svou kratší osou orientován ve směru sever-jih. Vstup do domu je ze středu severní fasády.

Description:

The designed house has a simple rectangular shape with a gable roof. The ridge is oriented longitudinally, in the east-west direction. The house is left in its simplicity. The windows are of classic dimensions, only the windows on the southern facade are designed as French – without a window sill. The east gable is full, the west gable is designed with a circular window and an external admitted chimney hung on the facade. The roof is classic with overhangs in place of eaves, gables are without overhangs. In terms of materials, the house is designed with facades in simple beige plaster with locally added sand brick cladding. The roof is concrete with wooden underlay. Plastic windows. Above the southern terrace and also above the entrance to the house, a roof of a wooden structure with sheet metal covering is proposed.
The floor plan of the family house is designed in a basic rectangular shape with dimensions of 17.50×8.60m. The family house is oriented in the north-south direction along its shorter axis. The entrance to the house is from the center of the north facade.
