The architectural design is the result of a collaboration with the studio Tečka – architects Luboš Klabík, Tomáš Klapka, Anna Kozáková, and others. The project comprises the construction of fourteen family houses and a shared community facility. The proposal creates a refined residential development with an architectural expression that places strong emphasis on the detailing of communal spaces. The completed houses will serve the investor’s employees, following the model of the legendary Baťa company housing. The architectural approach works consciously with ordinariness, quality workmanship, and a restrained, fundamental material palette.
