The MINERS Bakery project was developed in collaboration with the Neuhäusl-Hunal studio. It concerns a commercial unit located within the newly completed residential building Fragment Karlín. The unit, delivered in a shell-and-core state, was equipped with all necessary technologies and interior fittings according to the architectural design. A key challenge was to ensure the operation of an extremely high-heat bakery within a generously glazed yet compact space, while simultaneously maintaining the low indoor temperature required for confectionery production.
