The proposal is based on the architectural design of the RDTH studio – Ing. arch. René Dlesk and team. The subject of the project documentation is the reconstruction and extension of the existing building at Lublaňská 1729/23 in Prague. The project proposal is the complete reconstruction of the building, its extension and the courtyard extension. In terms of the proposed use of the building, it will be a multifunctional building (7 residential units in the extension and courtyard extension and 11 accommodation units in the original premises of the house). On the entrance floor, the main entrance area will be connected to the living room area with sanitary facilities for gym employees in the basement. A new passage to the courtyard garage (3 parking spaces) will be created in the northern part. In the southern part, there will then be a side entrance to the commercial unit area (non-food store) and a side staircase to the gym in the basement. In addition to the gym with facilities, technical spaces and cellar cubicles will be located in the basement.
