Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce uličních fasád stávajícího objektu Střední ekonomické školy a Obchodní akademie Vinohradská, který je památkově chráněna. Fasády objektu ve špatném stavu byly otlučeny, zbaveny staré opadající omítky a nově provedeny dle původní profilace. Fasáda byla nově opatřena nátěrem dle původních vrstev fasády a ve vzájemné spolupráci se zástupci NPÚ.
Stávající architektonický výraz objektu byl zachován. Projektem nebylo zasaženo do nárožního portálu budovy z umělého kamene. Tato část budovy byla náležitě ochráněna. V částích parteru byly šetrně odstraněny nevhodné nátěry na původních plochách šlechtěných omítek, pro navrácení původního architektonického výrazu.
Barevnost fasád byla navržena dle historických podkladů. Součástí projektu byl i ikonografický návrh označení budovy do ulice Vinohradská.

Description:

The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the street facades of the existing building of the Secondary School of Economics and the Vinohradská Business Academy, which is a protected historical monument. The facades of the building in poor condition were battered, stripped of old declining plaster and newly made according to the original profile. The facade was newly painted according to the original layers of the facade and in cooperation with the National Heritage Institute representatives.
The existing architectural expression of the building has been preserved. The project did not affect the corned portal made of the artificial stone. This part of the building was properly protected. In parts of the ground floor, unsuitable painting on the original surface of the bred plasters were carefully removed to restore the original architectural expression.
The color of the facades was designed according to historical documents. The project also includes an iconographic design of building´s designation in Vinohradská street.
