The architectural concept as well as urban planning is based on the intention to define the house as opposed to the surounding area, while preserving the character of the panel apartment houses. The new superstructure will be in different material and colour solution. In the future, thermal insulation is considered, due to the overlapping of the facade it is possible to unite the building with the superstructure. Layout of the superstructure is divided into two apartments for a 3-4 member family.
