The architectural design is based on cooperation with the Tečka studio – architects Luboš Klabík, Tomáš Klapka, Anna Kozáková and others. The subject of the project is the construction of 14 family houses and one common community facility. The design creates a refined development in architectural presentation with great emphasis on the detail of common spaces. The exhibited houses will serve the Investor’s employees, following the example of the legendary Bata. The architectural solution works with ordinariness, quality of workmanship and material base.
